Date Night: Dance Class

If you’re tired of the same old date nights and looking for a unique way to connect with your wife or girlfriend, consider stepping out of your physical comfort zone and enrolling in a dance class. Trust me, there’s nothing like the bond created by struggling together to learn how to salsa, tango or waltz with someone you’re passionate about. And who knows, maybe you’ll even discover a hidden passion for cutting a rug. I’ve never personally been a big dancer, but after taking a class and getting a little more confidence, you’re much more likely to see me on the dance floor at a wedding now. So go ahead, take the first step towards a deeper physical connection with your partner and schedule that dance class for your next date night.

What to Watch: Palm Springs on Hulu

If you’re in the mood for a rom-com that’s not your typical cookie-cutter love story, look no further than Palm Springs. Starring Andy Samberg and Cristin Milioti, the film takes the classic concept of being stuck in a time loop and turns it on its head with some unexpected twists and turns. This definitely is not your typical romantic comedy where you know exactly what’s going to happen, it will keep you interested in the storyline. I highly recommend giving Palm Springs a watch, available on Hulu.

What to Read: Blacktop Wasteland by S.A. Cosby

Need some new fiction to read? Well if you’re looking to dive into a gripping story filled with action, heartache, and redemption, then I highly recommend picking up Blacktop Wasteland by S.A. Cosby. The novel follows the story of Beauregard “Bug” Montage, a semi-retired getaway driver who can’t seem to escape his old life, despite his best efforts. The way Cosby writes about Bug’s struggles feels incredibly human and relatable, and you’ll be rooting for him every step of the way. The writing is sharp, the characters are complex, and the plot is filled with twists and turns that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Trust me, once you start reading this book, you won’t be able to put it down until the very end. So grab yourself a copy and get ready for a wild ride.
